Yes, just calculate the expected nr of attendees. The minimum to buy is 150 credits. However if your events have 50 attendees, this means you can organize 3 events with that.

Yes, the more events you do, the bigger the attendee package you need, the lower the price per attendee becomes. This can save you up to 50% per event.
