Krowden Joins Cvent App Marketplace for Better Event Networking and Smarter Matchmaking

‍Krowden (formerly NetworkTables) announced today it has joined the Cvent App Marketplace, under the Networking category. Through Krowden’s listing, Cvent users can connect the right people at the right time and scale the connections and communities built around their events. Responding to shared customer demand for enhanced attendee networking options, this integration optimizes the entire journey from personalized event matchmaking to onsite engagement.

Krowden's advanced matchmaking algorithm further enhances the experience by suggesting optimal 1-on-1 meetings, roundtables, and sessions based on attendee profiles and preferences.

This journey (video below) illustrates the seamless integration: attendees and sponsors register via Cvent, and their information is then used to create profiles in Krowden. Sponsors input their availability for 1-on-1 meetings, roundtables, and other activity sessions through Krowden. Subsequently, attendees (buyers) are invited to browse these opportunities and book 1-on-1 meetings. Both parties receive their personalized schedules prior to the event via email and now also within the Cvent app. The integration allows for continued scheduling within the event app during the event. Krowden's Onsite Success Team further supports the event by leveraging their experience and onsite meeting tools to streamline meeting check-in and manage no-shows, consistently achieving show-up rates of 90% and higher. Leveraging the integration, attendee badges generated by Cvent will also feature QR codes linking to their Krowden schedules. Following the event, comprehensive meeting data is available to event organizers at a per-event-meeting level.
